Bonnie Brazeau
Lead Facilitator
E-RYT 500
Bonnie is an E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor based in Southern California. Bonnie’s yoga journey began at a young age inside a small Bikram studio in Ann Arbor, MI. She continued to hold a Bikram practice as a way to cross train for race running, until she discovered the Mysore style practice of Ashtanga yoga. Immediately hooked and in love with the routine, she dove in and became a dedicated practitioner.
Since then she has studied many styles of yoga, and continuously studies various forms of movement. Her practice now, though still stemming from an Ashtanga background, is more free flow and sensation inspired. She challenges her body to find new ways to move from each side of the mat, and finds passion and self-discovery through this intuitive style.
Her style of teaching stems from breath. She reminds students that yoga practices are really just breath practices, and draws awareness inwards to focus on sensation rather than appearance. With this in mind, she is strong believer that all of life is yoga and whether you are driving your car, catching a wave, or laying on your mat- if your breath can be found then your yoga is present.

Courtney Fletcher
Founder, Lead Facilitator
E-RYT 500, YACEP, REIKI MASTER
Hi, I’m Courtney, an ex-gymnast, spinally fused, 18-year yogi, Ashtangi, trained in India, with a gypSEA soul whose practice draws from hatha, kundalini and vinyasa. My heart-centered approach evokes an understanding of interconnectedness through a focus on self-love, nature and seva (service). The intention being for my students to discover the light within that ignites their path to inner peace, the connection which opens the heart to universal love.
After 10 years as a competitive gymnast, lower back surgery brought my athletic ability to a halt. Looking for a way to ease the pain and regain strength and flexibility, I discovered yoga and immediately fell in love with the practice, quickly learning its transformational power over the mind and path to freedom. Embarking on this journey meant a lifelong quest for self-knowledge, love, and humility. In 2010 I volunteered in India and earned my yoga teaching certification. My time in India inspired me to establish my own NGO, Kids’ Foundation for Uniting Nations which connects and inspires kids around the world to initiate positive change through service.
