Growing up a dancer, it felt natural for Dani to transition to yoga. Dani fell in love with yoga right away and loved the balance of strength, flexibility and mental clarity that it offered. After completing her first 200 hour training in 2008, Dani practiced and taught all over the country including Colorado, Florida, Hawaii and Alaska. Initially drawn to a more strength and power focused class, as she grew, so did her practice. Dani has since completed multiple teacher trainings in different styles of yoga all over the world and encourages students to find a balance of movement and meditation in their practice that works for them. “I love sweating and challenging myself and students in postures but I also love stillness and challenging the mind”.
