Sarah Trinler – Lead Facilitator

E-RYT 500, YACEP, Reiki Master

Meet Sarah Trinler, Australian native, world traveler, renowned yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, pranayama specialist and an all around, grounded being. This yogi, like many others, found her passion of today through the progressions of her past.

Living all over Australia and traveling frequently due to her families military connection is what sparked Sarah’s interest in cultural diversity + world travel.

This curiosity led her all over the world where she planted roots in a handful of countries. After spending time in New Zealand, living in Switzerland, and traveling all over, she and her husband settled in Costa Rica, which became a home base for them for nearly a decade.

Traveling to New Delhi, India in 2010, Sarah devoted her mind, body + soul to her second yoga training, at the SriMa School of Transformational Yoga. Here she became certified as a 500 hour master yoga + meditation teacher and was and was given the prestigious title, Swamini  Sri, appointed by Swami Vidyananda Ji.

Sarah furthered her studies, completing all levels of Reiki energy healing trainings, as well as becoming a Master Teacher. Learn more here.

Monica Pellegrino – Lead Facilitator

E-RYT500, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Intuitive Energy Therapy, Certified Crystal Healer, Shamballa Light Reiki MT

Being a natural intuitive most of her life, she started her studies with natural, holistic, and healing therapies in 2010. She began her journey for her own passionate search in finding awareness and love for herself. Energy therapy came to her in a part of her life when she needed it to show up the most. This is exactly what healing therapies do. She had been sick with no explanation from doctors, woke up from a routine ENT procedure and had no use of her left arm, and lost her father to ALS, but it allowed her to learn that she needed healing on all levels not just the physical form, just like so many others in the world.

Since 2010, she has been following her heart and learning that there is always more that can be done on her part to accelerate her healing by simply being aware and loving herself. She learned how to accomplish this through continuously studying different holistic healing therapies. This lead her to becoming a master crystal healer, a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, licensed massage therapist, Master Shamballa Light Warrior, and Master of Integrated Energy Therapy. After learning, growing, and healing herself, she now knows how to share these beautiful healing modalities with everyone. Monica has spent the last year facilitating Yoga Teacher Trainings in Uvita, Costa Rica. Learn more here.
